Here, for the first time that I know of on cd, are a selection of recordings by Harry Bidgood's orchestra from July 1929 to april 1930 released on the broadcast 12 label. These were 10-inch records that were supposed to play for as long as 12 inch discs, and this is one of my favorite labels to collect for this reason. I am a great fan of Bidgood's recordings for their unusual arrangements including a harp! and I hope you enjoy these selections.
